The First clinic Staff are continually motivated and directed towards teamwork. Their ideas are taken into consideration through a well moderated "Ideas Bank". The staff regularly join luncheons and other social events, where the essence of unity as a family, that treats the mind, body and soul of the patients and forms the roots of tradition along with hospitality, respect and dignity, are brought into action.
The different units and departments all try to excel in their respective fields and give warm welcoming orientations to the new recruits. The First clinic staff are fully aware of what it takes to function in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment and help each new member to adjust with ease.
